TRACK YOUR ORDER
We always send out Order Confirmation emails and Shipping Confirmation emails. If you do not receive them, then please check your spam or junk mailbox (especially if you are using aol.com, hotmail.com or yahoo.com).
A Frequently Asked Question is the status of the order. Please note that if you have chosen to ship via the $5.95 Standard Postal Service, then there is no tracking number and therefore we will not be able to locate the package for you. Please do not email us requesting for the tracking number. Our commitment is to ship out the order within 1 business day but after that it will be in the hands of the postal guys and it is beyond our control to speed-up or to track it. From experience, it usually takes less than 2 weeks for delivery. However, if you still do not receive the package after 3 weeks, then please contact us to verify the shipping address.
If you have chosen to ship via the $19.95 Express Service, then you should have received our email with the Tracking Number.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Please contact us to obtain RMA number and return instructions. Please send email to the following address:

- All returns or exchanges are subject to approval.
- All RMA should be requested within 30 days of delivery of a shipment.
- Shipping, handling and transaction fees are not refundable under all circumstances.
- We do not accept returns of:
- Any item that does not have an RMA number.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing any parts.
- Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we will not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you. We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- We will notify customers of refund via email once we have received and processed the returned item. Customer can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the return package.
- Please package the return item carefully as we are not responsible for any damages that may occur when you ship it back.
- Defective Item: Please contact us immediately for defective item. You may be required to return the item for inspection. Shipping fee is not refundable under all circumstances and the return shipping fee will not be reimbursed. However, we will send replacement for the defective item at no cost to buyer.
